A team of doctors of various specialties, with many years of experience in providing medical services to businesses and specializing in managing health problems that employees most often face or problems caused by the nature of each job (e.g. due to long hours of sedentary work or due to the risk of certain jobs). Our medical team is characterized by:
- Significant studies and specialization
- Objectivity & confidentiality (especially in sensitive medical data)
- Adaptability to different work environments (offices, industry, construction)
- Ability to continuously train in new technologies, developments in their science and new regulations
- Understanding the psychosocial environment of work (e.g. work stress, burn-out)
- Ability to collaborate with other services and departments of each company (HR, Safety Technician, EOPYY)
- Ability to pay attention to and support vulnerable groups of employees (e.g. pregnant women, chronically ill people, etc.)
- Ability to provide counseling support and empathy.

Our team of staff nurses
Where they work in companies, businesses and workplaces, they play a crucial role in the healthcare of employees and in the support of Medical Staff. They combine experience, clinical skills-knowledge, knowledge of administrative support for patients and preventive care. They have many years of experience in providing first aid and dealing with emergencies, accidents, etc. They are familiar with basic issues of labor legislation - occupational health, knowledge of health protocols (e.g. prevention of infection transmission). They are characterized by:
- Οrganization and responsibility. Management of regular and emergency incidents, coordination with a doctor, other company departments or government agencies.
- Communication and empathy. They have the ability to communicate with employees with respect and understanding, advisory support e.g. anxiety, psychosomatics)
- Confidentiality and adherence to ethics with particular sensitivity in the management of personal medical information.
The nurses on our team act as a bridge between medical care and the daily lives of employees, offering immediate assistance, prevention and support — elements essential for a healthy work environment.

Indicative responsibilities
- Reception and care of employees with mild health problems.
- Recording vital signs, administering first aid.
- Organizing and supporting preventive examinations (e.g. check-ups, vaccinations).
- Assistance to the staff doctor and use of medical instruments
- Communication with other departments-services
- Monitoring of employees with chronic diseases in collaboration with the staff doctor (e.g. diabetes, hypertension).
- Participation in awareness-raising actions on health issues (nutrition, smoking, stress).

Paramedical staff
Our team of paramedics acts as the first line of response to emergencies, ensuring rapid response and supporting the health system within the workplace. They play a supportive but critical role in the context of occupational health and safety, contributing to primary care, emergency response, prevention and support of medical and nursing services within the workplace.
Paramedics include:
- Paramedics – Ambulance Crew
- Nursing Assistants
- First aid specialists / trained workers
- Physiotherapists, occupational therapists (in large units or factories)
- Healthcare personnel without medical specialty, but with training in first aid, prevention and support

Basic responsibilities
- First aid & emergency support.
Immediate intervention in cases of accidents, injuries or sudden illnesses.
Administration of first aid (e.g. immobilization, bandaging, CPR).
Communication and coordination with the emergency medical service or staff doctor.
- Patient transport and support.
Safe transport of employees to a clinic/ambulance if necessary.
Basic care and supervision until the arrival of a doctor or specialized assistance.
- Health monitoring & prevention.
Recording of simple vital signs (e.g. blood pressure, sugar, temperature).
Support in preventive programs (vaccinations, briefings, ergonomic actions).
- Information on compliance with basic hygiene and safety rules.
Management of health materials and equipment.
Checking and updating the work pharmacy and first aid equipment.
Maintaining basic equipment (e.g. stretcher, defibrillator, first aid kit).
- Administrative support of medical services.
Collaborating with a doctor or nurse to organize medical records.
Recording incidents and key incidents.

Our paramedical staff has:
- First Aid training (certification e.g. from Red Cross, ERC, EKAB).
- Good physical condition and reaction under pressure.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with doctors, employees and management.
- Discretion and respect for sensitive personal data.
- Knowledge of basic principles of hygiene, disinfection and safety.
