- To be present at their workplace according to a predetermined schedule, on specific days and hours of the week, as agreed between the two parties.
- To strictly maintain medical confidentiality in accordance with applicable legislation.
- To maintain the operational and professional confidentiality of the business/organization.
- To prescribe, based on their medical judgment, medication and laboratory tests in employees’ individual health booklets, using both paper and electronic prescriptions.
- To keep a Patient Record Book, documenting details such as the employee’s full name, clinical condition, preventive history, and reason for visit.
- To monitor employees with chronic illnesses or acute symptoms, in coordination with the company’s/organization’s occupational doctors.
- To perform clinical examinations, according to medical practice and the patient’s condition.
- In emergency cases and after coordination with the business/organization, to conduct home visits when feasible and according to the agreed compensation.

The doctors of MEDICAL EXECUTIVE CLIENS SERVICES PRIVATE MEDICAL OFFICE LTD are obligated to:

- To maintain nursing confidentiality as required by relevant legislation and the professional oath.
- To maintain operational confidentiality in accordance with the instructions of the business/organization.
- To keep an Incident Logbook with complete details of visited employees (full name, clinical condition, brief history, and reason for visit), under the guidance of the doctors.
- To measure temperature, blood pressure, and provide basic nursing care (e.g., wound care), always following the doctors’ instructions.
- To wear the prescribed nursing uniform while performing duties.
- To schedule appointments at the medical office for the days of regular clinics.
- To assist the attending doctor during regular clinic hours.
- To notify the Emergency Medical Services (EKAB) of any urgent incidents occurring during their shift.

The nurse of MEDICAL EXECUTIVE CLIENS SERVICES PRIVATE MEDICAL OFFICE LTD is obligated to:

- The doctor arrives with the necessary equipment to provide immediate medical assistance
- If transport is deemed necessary, the doctor accompanies the patient to the on-call hospital and hands the patient over to the responsible authorities.
- Subsequently, the doctor promptly informs the occupational physicians of the business/organization.

In the event of an emergency involving an employee or a contract worker within the premises of the business/organization*:
- A doctor from MEDICAL EXECUTIVE CLIENS SERVICES PRIVATE MEDICAL OFFICE LTD is required to be on-site within 15 minutes of the relevant notification.
